No, not total BS Judy. That was for the person/persons that are going to say, "but, but but... how do you know he's a terrorist? He hasn't been convicted yet?" After all, he's only  a suspect, right? How many lives does using these interrogation techniques have to save in order to justify using them on somebody who is a high profile terrorist or terrorist leader in a position to know?
