You guys obviously never heard of Moore's Law. Even though I couldn't wrap my 
head 
around all the implications, I accurately predicted the current state of 
computer games to 
my friends by assuming it was valid: computer speed doubles every 18 months.

BTW, the equivalent law for computer graphics cards is that they double in 
speed once 
every 6 months. IOW, graphics card in the computer you buy 18 months from now 
will be 
8 times faster than the one in the computer you buy today.
