The head has to lag behind the plane of the hips I think, and you have to walk I'm not sure. This kinda sounds like walking while carrying a jug of water on your head type walk. FWIW, that most attractive women I ever saw was an Indian lady at the Hari Krishna temple where I used to eat lunch occassionally. When I was in India in '80, I always found the ladies quite attractive. Even had some eye contact flirting with one girl in a school uniform coming home from school everyday. One time in New Delhi I happened upon a lady in one of those shacks near the Inidan Express Building. As I recall I think I caught her in some various stage of undress. Kinda embarassing.
