It would be a crime to try to rebuild it like the Vedic city. And of course Paris, ditto!
My take on these initiatives of Maharishi's is not to try to rebuild the world, but to throw this stuff out there and seed our consciousness with it, then, whatever sticks, sticks...maybe something, perhaps a little, maybe nothing.
