"Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it." -- George Santayana One of the reasons I like Chogyam Trungpa is his theory that one learns more from one's mistakes than one does from one's successes. I can only hope that I've learned enough from my two experiments with spiritual teachers who are willing to take everything except responsibility for their own actions to not fall for that particular dodge again. I'll find new ways to fuck up. :-)
