The initial test they did was a misfire. Israel isn't going to wait for Iran to perfect it or even test it. They intend to shut it down, just as they did in Iraq. Only difference is Iraq's facilities were above ground and easy to destroy. Iran learned from that mistake by Saddam and has built much of their facilities in deep concrete bunkers below ground that conventional weapons can't penetrate, thus the only military options are ground invasion or tactical mini nuke bunker busters.
