Any time you hear a perspective that divides people into two camps--e.g., those who believe they have a User's Manual of Right/Wrong, Better/Worse, on the one hand, and those who see all views as pretty much equivalent, on the other--you're dealing with someone who has a very constricted, limited view of the nature of disagreement (and of people in general).
