continuum where the Guru and path are seen as the best, fastest, 
etc. not only for oneself, but for everyone else, to the exclusion 
of others finding their own way. In other words, a fundamentalist 
view. 

Personally, I have no problem finding TM and Maharishi as the 
primary technique and teacher for me- after all I grew up with both 
of them, and have used many expressions of Maharishi's as exercises 
to purify my mind, sometimes for decades on one expression, just as 
the TM technique has been a consistent and trusted addition to my 
daily life for so many years now.

As comfortable as I am with that, the deeply buried treasure is mine 
alone, and I'll leave it to others to find their own Jewel, in their 
own time, and in their own way. :-)
