Sounds like pretty intense practice. After all of that empty mind
time, what do you feel like during the day? Mellow, relaxed,
energetic, introverted, extroverted? Just curious.:-)

I don't favor the introspective mode of meditation nearly as much. It's not intense at all, the breath slows way, way down. The first couple of years the body went through deep purification of some toxins. But all the introspection is good for is that it just increases the resolution of recognition and the level of integration of one in waking and other cycles of consciousness.
