In addition, I forgot to mention, Britain offered freedom and a living wage to any black man that joned their forces during your War of Independence. The reason was that Slaery was illegal in Britain (though not in British protectorates abroad. Also, many slaves escaped to Canada at that time because the British laws there were better for them. Also, many of the "Americans" joined the British, and many went to Canada during your War of Independence. Many Native Americans fled to Canada during this time, because British treated them better. All of the tribes on North coast of Lake Ontario are originally from US region, but fled there during your uprising. Most of the Ontario white population started with British from American territories joining the British side during that time. British lost your War of Independence due to Spanish and French intervetion on your side. You Americans are incredibly naive to think that is not the case. Combined, those countries almost had the power to defeat Britain alone, without America. However, later, France, Spain, and the United States lost wars agains the British. The defeated shouldn't feel bad. Its karma/dharma thing. OffWorld
