I believe that because of the constitution, the military would arrest them. The Generals would not accept it, especially as they are in a quagmire they cannot get out of, are seriously stretched for personnel, and are under-funded (not to mention the mess of returning vets to poor facilities and waning funding for benefits and care.
This barely touches the tip of the iceberg the Bush-Cheney mess that has been made and the generals will not accept this administration much longer and will talk against their policies.
