What you and Edg are missing here, or adding here, is that the
expression begins and ends with, "Everything is perfect just as it
is". Not, "Everything is perfect just as it is (and it will continue
to be perfect if nothing changes)." Think about how long a moment is
and that begins to approximate the "is" in the original statement.
Get it? Its a matter of living Now, or living in dreamland. Your
choice.:-)
