Image Walker http://www.imagewalker.com/ Shareware but there's no expiration date, you just get a nag screen when you open the program. It's great just for viewing all the pics on your hard drive and it can also create the thumbnails and the html page at the click of a button, then you just upload the pics, thumbnails and the html page and you're done.
