Yes. It'll be a little more complicated as you'll still have to upload the files themselves by FTP, but the database will link to anything, as long as you tell it the filename and location. You should be able to get it close. Maybe not *exactly* the same, but you can do some very impressive customization, as long as you know HTML hardcode reasonably well.
