I'm going through the process of learning CSS right now, and even though it's tough to get a grip on (like going from algebra to trig...not a big difference in difficulty, just a different way of thinking), it's soooo worth it. You can redesign a site in a matter of hours instead of days! Just change your style sheet, and voila! Some sites I've been using are:
