Just thought I would post this, as it seems to me that this is not very
consistent in what is seen on the screen.

Application: Farcry V3.02

When adding an image the media library images, and then going into see the
details of the image just added. There is a broken image in place where it
says existing default image. Now here is the problem, and this may have been
fixed under V4.0 but under V3.02 (and maybe others) this is odd behaviour.

First of all the default image uploaded, without a thumbnail is displayed as
a broken image. Why is this, it is because there was no thumbnail generated
for that image. Yet if there was a thumbnail image generated for the image
uploaded, not only is the image constrained to a certain image size and
width, but the existing default image should not be a thumbnail. The reason
being is that a little further down the page, there is already the ability
to view the thumbnail.

I do not understand the logic behind why this works in this manner, but it
is not and I repeat not very consistent in what one would expect to see.

I seriously hope that this can be patched / fixed or whatever, and that V4.0
can be a little more descriptive in what is on the screen. I mean if I
upload an image, the click on the media library image that was just created
I would expect to see an image sitting there that was just uploaded, not a
broken image. Existing default image is not a thumbnail and should not be
broken if there is no thumbnail created.
