Ah I understand Robin, I didn't realise you hadn't got FarCry up and
running before.

If it makes a difference I *just* successfully installed FarCry 4.0.6
with the following:

 - ColdFusion 8 Standard
 - Apache 2.0.59
 - FarCry 4.0.6 (from the 4.0.6 tag in subversion)
 - Windows XP

I guess the 2 main differences are the versions of CF and Apache, but
I'd also grab the tagged release instead of 'Core'.

Maybe give that a try?
