Thanks, Marco. I do not have IIS up and running on Home Premium and
have heard that at best getting it to run is difficult if not plain
out cranky! I basically just need a good local environment to do the
development in then transfer to my shared host. Living in the country,
doing my own hosting is not an option.

I spent a good bit of the afternoon yesterday looking at the Adobe
site and found some but not all the information I needed. It is the
IIS end that I'm so short on.
