I have set up Farcry 5.1 on a server with 
http://www.helicontech.com/isapi_rewrite/
V3 Full (not lite) and it works. I can not compare with Ionic as I
have not used this one.

I have also set up Farcry 5.1 on a shared server that have
http://www.helicontech.com/isapi_rewrite/ (version 2) this was not as
easy to get working, but I think it is OK now.
