Of course you are right. The reality is we have been hpoing to migrate PLP instance storage to the DB. But you should be able to override the application variable from within your farcry_project Application.cfm -- just checking to see how you might do that.
Ok. In the next build you will have the option of specifying the application.path.plpstorage and application.path.tempfiles variables in the farcry_project ../config/_serverspecificvars.cfm
The defaults will remain the same.
