Still having problems here.
From my host: 1. I have setup a mapping in IIS and CF admin called farcry that points to C:\websites\jptuya\farcry_core\admin
The CFMapping should be pointing to the base of your farcry installation.. ie the folder in which you have farcry_core and fourq. ie. C:\websites\jptuya\
The IIS mapping for farcry should point to C:\websites\jptuya\farcry_core\admin
2. We have updated your home directory per your request. Now the root to your website is c:\websites\jptuya\simping\www\
This is correct.
But when I got to http://65.36.150.100/ the css styling is missing. Plus when I go to the site from admin (http://65.36.150.100/farcry/)I get taken to http://65.36.150.100/simping/
This implies that they have not infact done as they have suggested in step 2. The web site document root should be taking you to c:\websites\jptuya\simping\www\ so the "simping" in your URL suggests something is not quite right.
simping is my application name, database name and dsn.
Do I need to re install and what did I get wrong the first time? Or is there a setting I can change in a file?
Hard to say without seeing what they have done.
