HI Geoff,
I have asked the host to set up the following maps, does this look right?

Thanks Lee

IIS server mappings:
1. Mapping called farcry to C:\websites\jptuya\farcry_core\admin
2. Map the root of my web site to c:\websites\jptuya\simping\www

CFMapping:
1. Mapping called farcry to C:\websites\jptuya\

The CFMapping should be pointing to the base of your farcry installation..
ie the folder in which you have farcry_core and fourq.
ie. C:\websites\jptuya\

The IIS mapping for farcry should point to
C:\websites\jptuya\farcry_core\admin

This is correct.

This implies that they have not infact done as they have suggested in step
2. The web site document root should be taking you to
c:\websites\jptuya\simping\www\ so the "simping" in your URL suggests
something is not quite right.

Hard to say without seeing what they have done.

Hope some of that helps,
