I notice Geoff has posted as well on this - but.... In your _serverSpecificVars.cfm it looks as though this line:
application.url.webroot = "/simping"; should be: application.url.webroot = "/"; That is because you want the site to run as: http://65.36.150.100/ ALSO - it seems as though you missed posting your apps.cfm file. This will have something like: stApps['......'] = "simping"; in it the '......' should be 65.36.150.100. You can have multiple's of these if you want more than one IP address pointing at the sites directory. It is used by the ADMIN tool to work out which directory your FarCry instances files are in.
