Yes http://www.ncc.nsw.gov.au/ncc-farcrytemplate activates the same page as http://www.ncc.nsw.gov.au/applications/farcrytemplate/www (the only thing I can think of is that I should have named the actual directory ncc-farcrytemplate rather than farcrytemplate)
