The CFMX mapping is hard to test but I think so yes.
Yes http://www.ncc.nsw.gov.au/ncc-farcrytemplate activates the same page
as http://www.ncc.nsw.gov.au/applications/farcrytemplate/www
(the only thing I can think of is that I should have named the actual
directory ncc-farcrytemplate rather than farcrytemplate)

at the correct root?

And/Or is the site root correctly mapped to where your farcry
application is?

E.g.

Is there a virtual server set up to ncc-farcrytemplate and is it
pointing to your ncc-farcrytemplate/www ?
