It is a new site.

The Aura template just isn't what I am after though.

porting an existing site would theoretically be easier than building a
site from scratch - you have the layouts, stlylesheets, javascripts

The difficultly factory would be based on how complex you current site
is ( with a multiplier for farCry still level).

If the current site is available online, you could publish the URL
here and perhaps some people would give you there options on
difficulties and time frames.
