I'm not sure about that error. I never got it myself, and I am running CF7. As you say, it may be you CF7 config that's causing the error, although I can't valiadate that. I'm assuming since you got a working version on RedHat, that you still had your "farcry" alias setup in CF7 on your windows box? Once I had all my aliases setup properly, I had no problems. Were you able to see your site after you changed your farcry1 alias? You may try deleting and starting over again... as I said before: I had to have all my aliases setup properly before install, or it wouldn't work properly. Also, remember to try restarting apache and CF server if you make any changes to your config, before doing it all over again.
