Geoff, Does this mean I would have to setup a seperate site for farcry admin and then create an Alias in each http.d conf for each site file to point to it? i.e. farcry.domain.com.au, the only place I seem to be having trouble with is that CFMAPPING in cf administrator.

But the installation tool stops there. Actually apps.cfm is totally unnecessary for servers running each farcry project under a separate domain. Apps.cfm is only required if you are running multiple farcry projects under a *single* domain.
