Salaam, ILLdic seems to be a graphics version of the Unicode-based online dictionary found at www.aryanpour.com (or www.wdgco.com/dic). Despite the name, these online dictionaries apparently have nothing in common with any of the printed Aryanpur dictionaries I have seen (there may be other editions, though, that I do not know).
What is the copyright status of these online dictionaries? Can the data be considered freeware, or public domain, and used together with other Unicode-based applications (dictionary shells)? For an interesting concept of a freeware dictionary that has grown over the years to considerable size, and has become a tools very popular with students and translators, I would like to draw your attention to the Nihongo webpage of Professor Jim Breen at Monash University, Australia (ftp://ftp.cc.monash.edu.au/pub/nihongo/00INDEX.html). A similar project initiative for Farsi would be great, and maybe there are Farsiweb members who would like to participate in such a venture? Best regards, Peter E.
