*Align with trunk
*Adding toolbar UI[[BR]]
*Adding ''CKEDITOR.editor::getMode''
Lacks in this patch:
*Now the redo/undo doesn't hook into all dialog based commands, it's
related to #2817.
*Due to lack of important keystrokes like ''Backspace'' and ''Delete'',
it doesn't work in such case.
