I haven't tried the others, but this one, PDCurses, is
quite nice. I recommend you visit its site and
get the latest release (2.5) though.

I think the pdcurses.sf.net site is a continuation of http://www.simtel.net/pub/pd/49568.html (pdcurs22.zip). But I'm not sure.
