I don't know about using pdcurses (haven't used it) but I think it's safe to assume that if you have curses- or ncurses-based code from a UNIX system, at least the display part (that uses ncurses) will compile fine on DOS.

(Of course, DOS and UNIX internals are different, so you'd have to port anything that assumed a UNIX flat memory model, devices, etc.)
