I wanted to suggest, that, like the freedos manifesto
        ' freedos should behave like msdos'
possible extensions might be *oriented* to WinNT extensions,
if that makes sense. no strict compatibility is needed, but I 
would prefer that, if for instance a new switch is 'invented', and
NTDOS has already that functionality.
