Th emain difference for me is if I can use it comecialy. This means
1) if I can use it at work legaly,
2) if I can make a distribution (acording to any rules) and send it
allong to a client that is going to use it in his work place to run
my comercial software with it.

Both are ok for GNU/GPL, not with many "OpenSource" licences,
as an example I can use OpenDos which is only for "personal use"

Imagine a Linux Open source, but only for personal use ;-)

Cheers,
Alain
