Hey, I thought it was a nice enough paper. The examiner seems to take the questions from a small enough pool of topics. I was delighted to get the three questions on directors, then I did the retention of title clauses but there was a bit of a spin on the question because of the reference to registering the charges. Finally I did the duties of receivers question which in hindsight might have been a mistake because it was in three parts and I was only strong on the first part and had to recycle the caselaw for the other two bits. I find it hard with company to get the measure of the examiner at all - I am just hoping and praying for 50% and if I don't get it, I'll be going for a recheck. What was the story with Section B in the RDS - what were the extra three minutes for? Was it something bad?
