Don't be so hard on yourself you never know what way it will go. I had two good questions in tort last time and hit and miss info after that and I got 51. Saying that I have to repeat that again cos I only got two out of 4 last time round. Did you only do three and a half questions. Were you not able to attempt two more? I'm just wondering how you felt about the receivership question. Was there an issue regarding the receiver making preferential payments under s. 285 or is that not relevant. I just put that in in the end.
