I think the Number One thing that should be covered in detail is Succession Law. It will almost certainly be 2 qns on the paper.
After that I would have a look at Settled Land, Easements, Adverse Possession, Mortgages and Family Property. After that if time allows, I would have a brief look at Statute of Uses, Rule in Shelly's Case, Quia Emptores and Co-Ownership!! Wel thats what im doing anyway. Time is, as always, not on our side though!!!!
