Hey there!! Yes there have been two new cases on AP sincs 05.
(1) Tracey Enterprises Macadam Ltd v. Drury [2006 IEHC].... Can be found at: http://www.courts.ie/Judgments.nsf/bce24a8184816f1580256ef30048ca50/640c5261fb7e907f80257367003c3e01?OpenDocument I dont think there are any other developments as regards AP, apart from the UK Land Registration Act 2002, which would have the effect of reversing Pye v.
