hi there. i'm trying to get everything you mentioned covered...that is as far as family property. + a look at life estate and fee tail. just wondering, my notes are from 05 and i think there are a few new adverse possession cases since then. just wondering which ones are included in the newer manuals past that date? also, is there any major development apart from the land and conveyancing bill 06 that i should be aware of? thanks
