does the clock (5 years) begin to tick when you pass your first
exam........eg I passed my 1st set in Sept 2007,...so do I have to
begin blackhall by Sep 2012 yes?? Presume so....just want
confirmation! ..............I might get an apprenticeship by
2012 :)
