just looking at the exam grid today, looks like the hot topics which NEARLY ( i stress!) always come up are
1.Defamation ( 11 out of last 12 sittings, didnt come up in Apr 07) 2.Trespass to the person ( 10 out of last 12 and it has come up last 8 sittings in a row) 3.Trespass/Nuisance/Rylands ( 11 out of last 12, oct 2005 breaking the trend) 4.Employers/Vicarious liability ( 9 out of last 12, reccommend to study both together as 1 topic) 5.Products liability ( has come up last 5 sittings so pretty popular one wit the examiner ) 6.Nervous Shock ( has also proved popular with examiner , again nothing is guaranteed but hard to leave out) just some topics that seem to come up quite frequently. food for thought for those stressing!! Including myself. Im also sitting Criminal, Constitutional and Contract before I get to Tort! Best of luck to everyone.
