Hi,
Im sitting the tort exam in october and i was wondering if anyone
knows what questions were asked in the last paper? I have all the
papers but i am missing the april 2009 one. I studied tort in college
and found it relatively straightforward but judging from the comments
posted the fe1 exam is anything but. Has anyone got any hints or tips
of what to study or what to definitely not leave out?
