Guessing or estimating what will come up is by no means an exact science! A
good, responsible lecturer will always make it clear that tips are just that
-guesses/estimates-, and that students should cover everything, anyway.

Orla, I think that question was about occupiers' liability. I read the
question too quickly and understood that the path on which he slips was a
public road, and I didn't realise until I had practically finished my answer
that the path actually lead from his gate to his front door, and then I
realised it was an occupiers' liability question. I only had a few minutes
to try and fix it up as best as I could, but still. I think I messed that
one up royally!
