I've just realised that there's a new nutshell...To anyone that has
it:Is there any big changes from the last one?I've looked at the
publisher's website, says the new edition deals with changes on the
effect of a ruling of unconstitutonality and seperation of powers?

Kind of annoyed I didn't know this sooner,The Casey book is prob a bit
out of date now as well.
