on the clive issue, it mentioned that it took him 6 months before he actually realised that he was the millionth passenger. i said even if the offer was for him, the fact there was a delay of 6 months meant that any offer to him would have been terminated anyway due to lapse of time. maybe if he had noticed it immediately they may be liable to him. i duno...
