Aye I argued it on two points, firstly was the Millionth passenger
deal part of their original ticket or is it a separate contract
altogether. Either way Clive is without any cause of action as In the
first case he has not given any extra consideration for the promise of
the flights , and in the latter he had no offer to accept as Tiger
said. I felt the essay questions were fine, the problem questions were
quite heavy and convoluted, that is where i wasted most of my time.

Dreading EU, very little done for it, it will be a wild gamble. At
this stage I don't think I could care less.
