Can anyone please help me!!!! I'm quite confused. SO I have the 2008 Griffith Manual and was wondering why the chapter on Sex Discrimination/ Equality mentions only Directive 2002/73 and Craig and DeBurca refer to a more recent Directive: 2006/54???? Should I just study whats in the Manual??
Also having real difficulty telling free movement of goods apart from services when looking at exam questions.....does anyone have any guidelines?? It would be very much appreciated!!!
