According to the foreword in Maddox's book, the act commenced on
December 1st. It's 2/3 months into the 6 month grace period but does
do away with huge chunks of the course so I have no idea what this
means for the FE1 exam. The syllabus hasn't been updated yet on the
Law Society website. Hopefully all will be revealed shortly.
