yeah sorry heres the question
Anne's grandfather died recently, leaving behind a stud farm and adjoining
lands.
Some years ago, when Anne finished school, she was considering emigrating in
order to find work. Upon hearing this, her grandfather indicated to her that
he would devise the studfarm and adjoining lands in her name in his will, if
she stayed in Ireland and took care of him.
Anne agreed to do so and minded her grandfather untill his death. Last year
she undertook a busniess course in order to assist her in the management of
the studfarm in the future. She met the cost of the course herself.
It transpires that Annes Grandfather has devised the studfarm and land to
his favourite Grandson, Eric. Anne feels aggrieved and seeks your advice on
whether she has any claim over the property.
Advise Anne.

HI Nicola, are you referring to Equity? I don't know the question I'm
afraid but I did Equity in the last session and made a lot of notes in
relation to past papers so I might be able to help a bit if you post
up the question. Best of luck.
