think your right orla it seems to be quia timet injunctions on doing the post mortem, so annoyed because i had it studied but was afraid to chance it in case it was specific performance and i was completely wrong!!! oh well got four good answers and a pretty pathetic attempt at a fifth but fingers crossed i passed it
