Oh! Yes, that's good. And it's, um, in a docs section which I am nominally
an owner of, so I should really be aware!

Yeah, I agree — chat and other 'dynamic' approaches are best. I've updated
the wiki page so that it redirects to the above doc, and by consequence
join.fedoraproject.org.
